Urban Bootcamp offers you an innovative fitness program helping you lose weight, tone your muscles and shed inches from you hips and thighs making you feel the best you ever have.
Our mission is to wipe out the idea of exercise being a chore rather making it a fun and exciting experience. We train in groups which help you gain motivation and drive the experience to higher level. Every session is different and more challenging than the previous helping you to succeed in achieving your goals.
Our sessions run for an hour three times a week for six weeks, these are run at different parks around Sydney giving you a variety of locations and days to choose from.
