 1) What is Boot Camp?

The urban bootcamp program is an outdoor training program that involves different workouts which will burn fat, tone up your body and increase your fitness. The participants are also given nutritional guides to increase the speed of the results. The course runs 3 days a week for 6 weeks, at different times at different locations.

2) What if I am unfit and cannot keep up with the others?

Fitness develops over time and individuals are enlisting at differing fitness levels. We cater for all fitness levels within the program.

3) Is Boot Camp for me?

Yes! We have all ages and abilities in the program and as we are committed to improving your fitness levels and assisting you to achieve your goals.

4) How much is it?

Urban Bootcamp costs Option 1)$90 per fortnight ($45/week) for a 6 week minimum, with unlimted use of all locations and training sessions per week. Option 2) $66 per fortnight ($33/week) for a 6 month Minimum Membership, with unlimited use of all locations and training sessions per week. Option 3) $50 per fortnight
($25/week) for a 1 year Minimum Membership, unlimited use of all locations and training sessions per week. Please contact us at team@urbanbootcamp.com.au for payment options. Payment needs to be arranged prior to commencing the Boot Camp program.

5) What testing will be done?

You will undergo a measurement and fitness test on day one and day 18. This consists of waist and hip measurements.

6) Will I lose weight and tone up?

Yes! As long as you have the determination, we will supply the tool to achieve this and motivate you to keep going. Anything is achievable!

7) Where and how will I be participating?

We conduct our sessions at various park venues around NSW & Melbourne. If we do not provide a Boot Camp Class in your state please notify us and we may arrange this. Generally each session begins with a structured warm up activity, followed by a workout that will leave you wanting more! We will finish the workout with a stretching session that will help to improve flexibility. Each session aims to last one hour so be prepared!

8) What if the weather doesn't suit me?

At Urban, we are determined for you to see results, and it is because of this that our determined instructors will be running the courses rain, hail, or shine. Ensuring you get all the necessary work done to see the changes you want.

 9) Can i make up classes if i miss some?

 NO, Unless there is a Medical reason for which a Doctors Certificate can be provided.  Having work commitments and other reasons are always going to pop up, if we were to keep doing make up classes all the time, not only would you not be getting your full results in the specified time required, but we would end up having to increase pay rates for Trainers, which in turn would then have to be passed on to you our Clients.
It's up to you to make the most of your 6 week bootcamp to get the best results, missing days, and some times weeks will only slow down your metabolism again.   

Try our V.I.P Yearly Membership if you wish for more flexibility, you can train as many times a week as you like at any of the locations, from $22 a week.  This suits more people as your training days are not numbered, you can turn up whenever you feel like it, and get maximum results having the freedom to triple your training schedule weekly.  All Memberships are on-going with Urban Bootcamp unless we are notified either by Email or Telephone to Cancel the minimum term.  Cancellation Fees will apply.

10) Do we Refund?  No, Urban Bootcamp will not refund your money to you if you decide after time that it is not what your looking for. We provide you with a Free Trial for your first session if you wish to utilise this before commencing a Membership.  We do however, allow credits to be added to your membership term, if there is a Medical reason you cannot train, for which a Doctors Certificate can be provided, and we will allow a suspension period for Holidays if we are notified in advance.
